  1. Seems like a solid plan, and a good opportunity to use Delphi Method or Nominal Group Technique from our readings. For example when you are surveying your teachers and during the personal interviews. I think sharing the results with all of the staff that you interview could sort of make them aware that most all of them have similar fears and concerns when it comes to technology. Perhaps knowing this about each other will be comforting for them and build trust among each other and toward you. I can appreciate your use of Google forms instead of Survey Monkey.
